Privacy
This notice explains how OwnStack Digital handles information through this website and its enquiry forms. Updated 13 October 2026.
Information you send us
When you enquire, we receive the details you enter. These may include your name, email address, phone number, business or property details, the service you are interested in, budget, timing and your message. The direct-booking website form asks for your name, email address, an optional property or listing link, and information about your property.
We use this information to understand your request, discuss your project and prepare a quote. Please include only information needed for your enquiry, and do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive guest information.
How enquiries reach us
Our website and enquiry endpoint run on Cloudflare. The enquiry endpoint processes the form and uses Resend to email your enquiry to OwnStack and send a confirmation to the email address you provided. Enquiry emails may include the originating page and the campaign information described below. The emails are held in the receiving mailboxes and processed by the email services used to deliver them.
When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on a form, it checks for automated submissions. The verification process includes a verification token and the visitor’s IP address. Cloudflare also processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
Campaign information
A link to this site may contain marketing tags or advertising click identifiers: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, wbraid and gbraid. We use these to understand which campaigns lead to enquiries.
Our site can keep these allowlisted values in this browser tab’s session storage and use them for up to 30 minutes. They can be included with an enquiry you submit during that time. Our attribution code does not add them to links as you move around the site. This storage is separate from Google Analytics cookies.
Website analytics and browser storage
When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand website use. It can use cookies and process information such as browser and device details and page activity. Google Tag Manager loads on the page and manages our analytics tags. Our Google Analytics tags start after an interaction with the site, or after a successful enquiry submission if they have not already loaded. An interaction is not a consent choice.
Our custom fields for the enquiry conversion event, generate_lead, contain fixed form and source-page labels, rather than the details you enter in the form. Google Analytics may also receive the campaign tags and advertising click identifiers listed above. The page URL supplied by our analytics code keeps only those allowlisted campaign values and excludes other query fields and fragments. Our code also strips query fields and fragments from the referring-page URL.
We also measure clicks on phone and email links as indicators of interest, not as confirmed calls, sent emails or enquiries. These events contain a source-page label, not link text, phone numbers, email addresses or email message contents.
Cloudflare may also provide website performance analytics when enabled. If you choose a light or dark theme, the site saves that choice in your browser’s local storage. You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser; blocking them may affect analytics or saved preferences.
Service providers and other websites
Cloudflare, Resend, Google and the email services involved in an enquiry process information as described above. Their services may process information outside Australia. Their own privacy notices explain their practices.
Links to client projects, booking channels and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. The illustrative booking demo on the direct-booking page does not send a booking request, reserve dates or take a payment.
