Sound familiar?
A simple enquiry shouldn’t become an email project.
“Are these dates available?”
Show imported booked nights before a guest chooses their stay.
“Can we stay for two nights?”
Guide guests towards dates that meet your minimum-stay rules.
“How much is it altogether?”
Show an itemised estimate, including applicable fees, before they enquire.
Your website can answer the booking questions before the guest presses send. Less chasing for details. A clearer decision about each stay.

One direct route. Your existing channels.
Keep your listings. Give guests a direct route too.
- 01Your source calendar
- 02Website availability
- 03A suitable request
- 04Your confirmation
Your website can sit alongside Airbnb and other booking channels. We assess your central calendar or Airbnb iCal export before agreeing a supported connection. Imported booked nights appear as unavailable; your rates and stay rules are configured separately.
Calendar-feed updates are periodic, not instant. This is a one-way availability import, not a real-time booking lock or a two-way booking system. Check your source calendar before accepting a request and record accepted direct stays there. Already using booking software? We’ll assess that connection individually.
The request is easier. The final decision stays yours.
- Guest plans the stay
Available dates, stay rules and an estimated price guide the enquiry.
- You receive the details
Dates, guests, contact details and the estimate arrive together.
- You confirm personally
Double-check availability, agree the stay and confirm the final price.
- Update your calendar
Block the accepted stay in your source calendar for future imports.
Sending a booking request does not reserve dates. You stay in control of confirmation and payment arrangements.
We handle the build
You know your property. We make it easy to enquire.
- 01
Tell us about your holiday home
Share your photographs, property details and current booking setup.
- 02
We build around how you host
Bring the property presentation, supported calendar connection and agreed stay rules together.
- 03
Try it before going live
Review the website, test example enquiries and confirm it reflects how you manage stays.
A dedicated website, without designing it yourself.
We agree the property, calendar connection and booking rules before building. Start with what makes your guest enquiries clearer—not a bigger system than you need.
Your website and enquiry flow
- Property presentation, photographs and guest information
- One-property booking enquiry form with agreed availability rules
- Agreed nightly rates, fees and minimum-stay rules
- Owner notification with the selected stay and price estimate
Scope the connections first
- Calendar-provider compatibility and refresh behaviour
- Seasonal, weekend and custom-date pricing requirements
- Editing, training and ongoing support requirements
- Domain, hosting, email and any recurring service costs
Extra properties, custom integrations and other requirements are scoped separately. Your quote identifies any domain, hosting, email, service and support costs. Instant booking, online payments and two-way calendar integrations are not part of this enquiry-led demonstration.
Yours to keep. And you talk to the person who builds it.
The code and hosting sit in your name. If we part ways, the site keeps running. You deal with me, Nilushan. I build it.

A few good questions.
Do I have to stop using Airbnb?
No. Your website provides an additional direct enquiry route alongside your existing listings. We assess the calendar connection you need before agreeing the scope.
Will guests instantly confirm a booking?
Not in this enquiry-led setup. Guests send a request for you to review. Dates are not reserved and no payment is taken by the enquiry form. You confirm the stay and final price personally.
Does Airbnb send my prices and minimum stays through the calendar?
Standard iCal feeds generally carry availability, not your rates or minimum-stay rules. Pricing and stay restrictions are configured separately for your direct enquiry form. We assess the provider’s export and agree what the connection supports.
Can I have different rates and minimum stays by season?
Yes, the enquiry flow can be built around agreed seasonal rates, weekend adjustments, fees and minimum stays. Tell us your requirements so we can confirm the supported rules before quoting.
Does the calendar connection prevent every double booking?
No. Periodic calendar imports can lag behind changes on another channel. Always check your source calendar before confirming a stay, and block accepted direct bookings there. A feed is not a real-time booking lock.
Will the website bring me more guests?
It gives interested guests a direct destination. Attracting new visitors still requires promotion, referrals, search visibility or other marketing. A website does not guarantee traffic or bookings.
What does it cost?
The setup covers one property with a booking enquiry form, with the final scope agreed after reviewing your calendar and booking rules. Extra requirements are scoped separately. Your quote identifies any domain, hosting, email, service and support costs before you commit.
Your next step
Less time explaining the stay. More time welcoming your guests.
Tell us about your holiday home. We’ll recommend a website and booking-enquiry setup suited to your property, calendar and hosting rules.
