WorkshopFlow brings the workshop desk and the customer's view of a service into one system. Staff can follow bookings and service jobs, while customers can see their vehicles, service history and requests to approve extra work. This is a shared fictional demo, not a live customer workshop: don't enter real customer or payment data. Changes are visible to other visitors, and real SMS and email delivery are disabled.
The business view: what's booked, what's on the hoist, what needs approval.
Choose Olivia Owner on the demo login screen to explore the workshop dashboard. Bookings and job stages sit alongside customer and vehicle records, so the team can see where the work is up to without piecing it together from messages and spreadsheets.
The customer view: their vehicles, their jobs, their decisions.
Choose Alice Nguyen on the demo login screen to see the customer side. Customers can follow service work and vehicle history, request bookings and approve or decline recommended extra work. The workshop and customer views follow the same job rather than separate copies of it.
A working workflow, with demo boundaries kept visible.
OwnStack has verified the booking → customer approval → completion journey on the live demo. The deployment uses a Neon database seeded with 149 fictional vehicles and private R2 photo storage for job updates.
Real SMS and email delivery are disabled. This is a shared fictional demo: don't enter real customer, contact or payment data, and don't expect changes to remain private or unchanged by other visitors. Production messaging, privacy settings and rollout need their own configuration and testing.
